No-bake s'mores cheesecake cups with marshmallow spiderweb tops

No-bake s’mores spiderweb cheesecake cups layer buttery graham crumbs, smooth chocolate cheesecake, and a thin marshmallow web in clear glasses. They deliver familiar campfire flavors in an individual Halloween dessert that can be assembled ahead.

The design uses melted marshmallow creme in concentric circles over a dark chocolate surface. A toothpick creates the web in seconds, with no piping experience required.

Why this no-bake dessert works

Whipped cream lightens the cream-cheese filling, melted chocolate gives it body, and compact graham crumbs provide contrast. Individual cups chill faster than one large cheesecake.

Ingredient notes

Use full-fat block cream cheese and cool melted chocolate before mixing. Fine graham crumbs form tidy layers. Marshmallow creme is easier to pipe than melted whole marshmallows.

Create the spiderweb top

Spread a thin dark chocolate layer over each chilled cup. Pipe three small marshmallow circles, then drag a toothpick from the center outward at even intervals.

Success tips

  • Bring cream cheese to room temperature for a smooth filling.
  • Cool melted chocolate before adding it.
  • Keep the cream cold before whipping.
  • Chill the cups before adding the web.

Substitutions and variations

Chocolate sandwich-cookie crumbs can replace graham crackers. Use milk chocolate for a sweeter filling or add espresso powder for depth. Mini chocolate chips add texture between layers.

Storage and make-ahead

Cover and refrigerate the cups for up to three days. Add the marshmallow web the day of serving for the sharpest pattern. Do not leave the dairy filling at room temperature for more than two hours.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my filling loose?

The cream may be underwhipped or the chocolate too warm. Chill the mixture briefly, then fold gently.

Can I make one large dessert?

Yes. Assemble the same components in an 8-inch dish and chill for at least six hours.

Description

Individual no-bake chocolate cheesecake cups with graham crumbs and marshmallow spiderwebs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups (150 g) fine graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp (57 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp (13 g) granulated sugar
  • 8 oz (227 g) full-fat block cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup (90 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 6 oz (170 g) semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cold heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup (95 g) marshmallow creme
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) heavy cream, for the web
  • 2 tbsp (14 g) finely grated dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix the graham crumbs with melted butter and granulated sugar.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until completely smooth. Beat in the cooled melted chocolate.
  3. Whip 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream to medium-stiff peaks and fold it into the chocolate cream-cheese mixture in three additions.
  4. Divide half the graham mixture among eight clear glasses. Add half the chocolate filling, then repeat both layers.
  5. Level the tops and chill for at least 3 hours.
  6. Stir the marshmallow creme with 1 tbsp (15 ml) cream until pipeable. Pipe three thin concentric circles on each cup.
  7. Drag a clean toothpick from the center outward to form webs. Finish with grated dark chocolate and serve chilled.

Notes

Wipe the toothpick after every line so the marshmallow web remains bright and clean.
